About the role
Every ARJD project begins with a review of the client's day-to-day work and ends with a written recommendation. You'll lead that process: interviewing the team, mapping the steps, spotting the repetitive and error-prone parts, and recommending what to build.
Once a project is agreed, you'll stay close to delivery, keeping the client informed and making sure what we build matches what they need.
What you'll do
- Run discovery sessions with business owners and their teams
- Map processes and identify where AI, automation or both would help
- Write recommendations covering scope, the team's role and how success will be measured
- Coordinate delivery with engineers and keep clients updated
- Check results against the measures agreed at the start
What we're looking for
- Experience in operations, consulting, business analysis or project delivery
- Hands-on use of no-code or low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or Airtable
- Clear writing and the confidence to tell a client when automation isn't the answer
- Curiosity about how different industries work
