Build reliable AI systems: document extraction, classification, retrieval and agents that work on real business data.
About the role
You'll build the AI-heavy parts of ARJD projects: reading invoices and delivery notes, sorting and answering requests, searching a company's own knowledge and running multi-step agents that use a client's tools.
The bar is reliability. You'll build evaluation sets, measure accuracy and design how people review the cases the AI is unsure about.
What you'll do
- Build LLM-powered features using the Claude, OpenAI and other model APIs
- Design extraction, classification and retrieval pipelines for messy real-world data
- Create evaluations and track accuracy, cost and speed
- Build human review steps for low-confidence results
- Keep client data secure and use only the services agreed with each client
What we're looking for
- Experience shipping LLM applications that real users depend on
- Strong Python or TypeScript
- Practical experience with evals, structured output, tool use or retrieval
- A sceptical, measurement-first approach to AI quality
